Cons

People are very rude and always make fun about others and when you try to take stand than it’s your fault. Please check what people are doing inside the facility need to watch . I like to do my job that’s why I got paid , i really like Labcorp I enjoyed a lot . Everyone supposed to work same as others but people always have excuses not do their job run away taking extra time and watching their phone. Sorry if my words are harsh but this is what I feel . Thank you so much for opportunity again and I will try my best to do my job . .

No uniforms just long pants and closed toe shoes

Cons

It feels like a prison with how employees are micromanaged. You get in trouble for even taking out phone to change a song or podcast, or even removing phone from pocket. There’s no career advancement in that company.
