1. No 1 CRO in the world 2. Lot of live studies

1. Below average salary. If you don't know about the current market standard compensation or the other benefits like "Joining Bonus" and all. If you don't know and didn't asked for it then you will end up getting only the below average salary. Nothing else. 2. No market correction on CTC by their own 3. No one is interested to listen if you are getting below average salary and you are asking for market correction. 4. Leave cash encashment is part of the CTC
