Work from home and flex time schedule

Cons

High work load compared to competitors, very expensive health insurance, HR who supports the company and not complaints by employees regarding upper management. Was retaliated against for taking a LOA after having COVID. Had blatant proof but was ignored. I tried to switch to a different manager to avoid the issue, but HR said that was not allowed. I resigned shortly after.

Work life balance, majority of leadership are truly incredible people and will listen to feedback of your capacity. 401k matching up to 6%. Opportunity to grow within.

Cons

It takes about a year to truly feel confident in what you're doing regardless of your background. Leadership is very understanding, but you need to be comfortable asking questions and know how to be patient with yourself and others to be successful here.
