Onboarding process was very light and also the process to take new studies and manage them.

Cons

Some communications were so long, for example introducing me in a study team, some sponsors/teams requested me at least 6 months in covance.

Pros

I have worked in various positions within Labcorp from starting as a Research Technician to now being global as a Startup Specialist. The culture is great, the growth is excellent and I love working with different collaborators to ensure we get the best outcomes to our Sponsors and affiliates.

Cons

I would say they could pay a bit more, I notice most people leave solely due to being paid more money than the perks offered here are worth. To me I want to stay and continue to be loyal but I also feel those who are an asset to the company should be rewarded as such.
