Culture is extremely accepting and diverse. Has opportunities to improve and grow within the company, but can be sparse at times and seems to be that some positions are created with certain people in mind.

Cons

Some people are not fully knowledgeable in their workplace or do not care with the job they are doing and are still at the workplace. They are not reprimanded or fired for lazy behaviour.

Patient to tech ratio can be overwhelming at the sites Daily expectations must be met, but they don't want you to stay over to fulfill the need. Can't have it both ways.
