      Pros

      The teammates and my manager made me feel in home, the tasks were well explained, and my training was completed on time.

      Cons

      The fact that Costa Rica office does not have a HR department in the country gave me some trouble understanding general information related with payroll, vacations, others.

      Pros

      I felt very welcome by my colleagues, they were very helpful and open to guide me through the onboarding and training process. My Line manager is excellent! she has weekly virtual meetings to bring the team closer, to meet each other outside of work related stuff; honestly it helps a lot as the whole team is working from home. She also has a meeting every week to be up to date with our tasks (she is not my process related manager) and to offer help and guidance as needed. The eCOA team is really a great team. The company has very good benefits including around 76% of internet bill reimbursement, private health and life insurance, etc.

      Cons

      Maybe the company can work a little on the emotional salary and be a little more proactive on special dates like mother's day, maybe a welcoming package...
