Limited space both for office and lab cause non-optimized productivity Grow rapidly last five years, but knowledge base infrastructure not compatible with the size of the company. The learning cost is high.

Great people to work in departments. Laidback environment.

Cons

Hard to lead an organization when leaders of all levels look to put the customer over employees. When bringing on new temps/ direct hires manager forget to think about the employee who has been here for years without being paid properly.
