Lam has an above average benefits package compared to most, but it could be better.

Cons

The company treats its manufacturing employees poorly in respect to pay and constantly overlooks the many contributions and achievements made during the PMD cycle. Over achievers who go above and beyond are given praise in the moment but not when it comes to pay raises. currently no benefit to standing out.
