      The company us good as a whole but it all depends on your team.

      Cons

      Luck based as to which team you land in. Please dont pressure your freshers to the point they break your bonds and quit. Tech stack is older than most employees. Horrendous micromanagement. I lost all peace in life after joining and had to work on weekends every week.

      Cons

      Work life balance can get out of hand if you don’t have a solid manager. Most engineers live eat and breath semiconductors so for those that don’t it can be daunting.
