      Pros

      I was hired during the pandemic, and my manager has been very supportive as well as my fellow team members. I was assigned to analyze root causes of inventory for ETCH and I enjoy my work so far. I would encourage anyone considering to work at Lam in the semi-conductor industry.

      Pros

      Lam is a good company to work for. They pay well and have good benefits and care about there employees. There is always opportunity to learn and grow.

      Cons

      It is a very fast paced environment but is hard to get things done quickly just because of how big the company is. The learning curve for learning the technology that you are working on is very steep.
