Pros

Very structured system to manage logistics and escalations. Technical training organization has great leadership to guide individual contributors on doing their best for the interest of both employees and the company. Core values are demonstrated throughout decision making. Supportive management for career development. Frequent all-hands meetings to keep employees up-to-date with the business and directives.

Cons

I haven't encountered any professionally, but I would say that since Lam is a rather old/traditional semiconductor company so it doesn't have some techy, hippy perks (free catered lunch, pet-friendly office, stocked cafeteria, etc.) like other next-gen companies.
