      Pros

      Lam is one of the best run companies in the semiconductor industry. As a large enterprise, it has been successful in maintaining its engineering mentality and strong customer focus. There is a strong focus on execution, things get done far more quickly than average company this size. And people are rewarded for the effort they put in. That's why there are many employees who have been with the company for 15+ years.
