      Pros

      The people are excellent. They are well educated, creative and very self motivated. The hours are flexible and the management is very understanding that there is a need for life work balance.

      Cons

      The company has grown very fast lately. Where this has improved the stock price it has created new layers of bureaucracy that is still being absorbed but should eventually settle down.

      Pros

      The benefits are wonderful, management cares about your well being, the pay is competitive, and you will find that there is plenty of opportunity to challenge your skill sets so you can continue to develop. I definitely recommend them.

      Cons

      It’s a cube farm haha. Get ready for that. Least at the California locations it is. Environmentally they could improve the feel of the work place. Especially considering the hours one spends there.
