      hard and fast business which means that overtime is usual because of very tough timelines splitted working days because of the time differences all over the world

      -At any Lam site you will be surrounded by super smart colleagues. -The research and development work is interesting and stimulating.

      Cons

      -The greatest "con" at the Villach site is that there is no real advancement opportunity. -You may also run into some cultural conflict which makes efficient teamwork near impossible.
