      good money and the days off are nice

      Cons

      they will screw you over at the drop of a hat if it means they can make a extra buck. they talk about safety all day but will penalize you if you take the longer and safer way. you can be the hardest worker and they will fire you when you are about to get "hired on". they dangle the carrot and fire you as you get close

      -Great benefits -Great amount of hours -Decent pay -Plenty of days off -Good safety ethics

      Cons

      -Benefits primarily apply only to full time hire ons. -Management doesn't seem to understand what grunt workers are dealing with, nor do they seem to care much. -If you aren't a hired on employee and still belong to a temp they will dust you without so much as a notification, regardless if you've been there 2 months or 2 years. -Politics and favoritism seem to be worse here than most places. -Communication barely exists across the board. -Warehouse distribution is treated like the red-headed step child 24/7. -Virtually no accountability. -Would only recommend working here if you can avoid being a grunt worker in either facility.
