Pros

Good autonomous decision making within your role. Compensation tends to be pretty good with bonuses, RSUs and ESPP. I think it pays above average for the area.

Cons

General downsides to working at Lam are that it is a bit too much task driven and there doesn’t seem to be as much collaboration. This allows scope of work being performed to go unnoticed.

Pros

The team is like a family. I enjoy the people I work with. The pay is pretty good and the benefits are awesome.

Cons

Like a family you have the weird uncle or 2 in the mix and the crazy gossip, some true some not. The morale is the biggest frustration. Management doesnt know how to deal with it. They are aware but unsure how to fix it. A few individuals ruin the morale for everyone else.
