Great benefits, decent pay, the company does help increase your knowledge of different programs like SAP, Sharepoint, and general clean room etiquette. You can learn a lot of skills here, like forklift training. (reach, swing, walkie, Order Picker) computer skills, email etiquette, packaging, etc.

Cons

The company has become very strict in recent years. A lot of micromanaging. There has become a lot of distrust between the upper management and everyone else with the random acts of termination without warning. Everyone has become on edge. A lot of favoritism
