      Pay, Compressed work week, Great staff, Always busy

      Cons

      Pay is good but could be better especially depending on which site you work at it can get pretty expensive. Also depending on which shift you work you will not see your family much.

      The company definitely treats its employees well, especially with rewards for good work and workmanship The staff is very friendly for the most part, and very helpful There is opportunity to grow -- if you time your moves right

      Cons

      The atmosphere can be very political, and moving between departments or up in position requires a lot of momentum and politicking There can be a large disconnect between departments -- especially between manufacturing and "upstairs" in the offices
