      Pros

      Great people, great benefits, and bonus. Lam encourages innovation, and education. The work environment is fast paced and challenging. Management is actively engaged with their staff.

      Cons

      Lam provides plenty of opportunity and wellness programs for work life balance, but at times the workload is heavy and does not allow for much of the life balance.
