      Co-workers are very talented leading to effective collaboration. Exciting projects with technically challenging goals. Effective place to deepen breadth and depth of very technical engineering subjects/practices. Great management who are enthusiastic and encouraging.

      Cons

      Not for everyone, expect to be challenged technically. Definitely strenuous at times.
