      Pros

      Lam provides great pay and advancement opportunity in the SF Bay Area. As a technician, workers are contracted for 6 months to 1 year, after which full time positions are available.

      Cons

      Lam is a high demand company which will require long and variable hours, sometimes at the expense of work life balance. Upper management seems to drive the engineers very hard due to escalations.
