      Lam employees follows core value statements. Everyone's input is valued and considered. Management and directors have great focus and will get involved as a peer to to create solutions for our customer. They do not sit behind a desk and give orders they will stand beside you to help when issues arise.

      Sometimes in the heat of solving an issues we become a little disorganized and forget to step back a moment .
