      Challenging work Everyone rallies together to solve problems Big on teamwork and customer focus Live out their core values, not just lip service

      Cons

      There are times when work/life balance can be challenging, but it's not a way of life. Company grew really fast. As such not all the processes and training could hold up to the scaling; many diving catches to insure the customer didn't suffer.
