      Great Company to work for in the Bay Area. Centrally located in Fremont. Leaders in Etch Equipment. Lot of young talent. Very Smart engineers.

      Cons

      Pushy Managers and pushy executives. Company cuts cost like crazy by International travel in coach. not many team building activities. Pros outweigh Cons though.

      Cons

      Can be bureaucratic at times which makes simple tasks extremely complicated. High visibility projects can also be prone to micromanagement.
