      Pros

      Company benefits are great. I am talking about health insurance, salary, bonus, and stock compensations for some. Always plenty of technical challenges to solve. People are great to work with. Management open to input from employees.

      Cons

      Company have many product lines with engineers in several locations in U.S. and overseas. Timely communications can be a challenge at time.
