good core values but really have no comparison to other companies. I just heard from what other coworkers who had been to other company told me. At least everyone seems to have integrity with the exception of possibly very few people. i cannot even prove my suspicion, so dont take it too seriously.

Cons

very stressful work environment (this actually really depends on manager), slow career movement. promotion criteria not clear.
