Lam Research reviews

For years, there has been ongoing predatory sexual behavior and harassment at Lam Research, coming from the highest level of management. Martin Anstice has used his position of power to actively pursue and engage in sexual relations with female employees. The extent and severity of this behavior came forward when women who have been subjected to it began talking and recognized similar stories. I was one of these women, and personally know of others. I believe this impacts many women, past and present and is ongoing. There is a common themes in our stories. It starts with Mr. Anstice paying particular attention to one of us, often asking advice for his leadership. He is complementary, and instills a sense of power and career potential. Substantial text messaging ensues until he gets what he wants.

I agree with the post titled "Women Beware", I worked for three years at Lam. I endured men hitting on me constantly, even touching me. I was told I was hot. I was also told by one manager that he wanted to give me less complex work because I was a woman and a mother. The culture at Lam is Mad Men.
