-Benefits are great! The company takes great care of their people. -Pay is above average -Constant evaluation for advancement -Laid back flexible management -Most employees are aggressive and will put aside differences and pull together to accomplish a common goal.
Cons
-Employees feel entitled as though the company owes them something besides a paycheck -Some employees think Mutual Trust and Respect means act fake to your face and complain about you behind your back. I respect people enough to be open and honest with them even if it hurts. That is frowned upon at Lam -Forced to document all communication to defend yourself when fingers are pointed your way. -Information is often withheld from another group for fear they will use it against your group... Not open communication.
