-Was hired through contractor to keep lowest possible salary -I wasn't micromanaged, but they evaluated me through surprise visits. And if I wasn't constantly cranking a wrench right at that moment (say I was walking to get supplies right then, or looking up a manual), I was labelled lazy -Manager was annoyed when given calls to ask for instruction -Team lead was an egotistical (got mad if you told him he might be wrong) uncompromising person who took deliberate steps to get me fired. And was the primary cause of another engineer leaving as soon as I was gone. And management would do anything to keep him -They changed from 10hr days to 11 without question and without apology and definitely without a change in pay -Chronic blame game culture (even their training videos were all trying to subtly tell you that all errors in production or safety were the fault of the employees error... they didn't even just say "human error"... like somehow if the videos said it, then the machines we spent everyday repairing were somehow perfect)

Poor culture, management only cared about themselves and shareholder. Poor career development opportunities. Inside competition at times. Overall pretty boring company.
