Business Outlook
Pros
Senior Leadership truly care about their employees, as well as society. This is the number one reason to work here. Stock options and ESPP have been amazing, huge returns. Really smart, amazing and just good people to work with. Cutting edge technology is just cool!
Cons
Don't let them convince you to come on board at a lower level with the promise of great opportunities. They won't make significant position jumps internally, even if you've been at higher levels at other employers prior. Seems to be significant hiring from outside, especially for senior positions, rather than recruiting from within. Sad, the people that got them here I guess are not worthly of continuing the journey.
