Pros

Awesome engineers, good management, funny parties and people. Good technologies, possible to perform refactoring of other funny things and strong, good solutions.

Cons

Change of heads of department leads to leak of good people, so I miss my colleges. Really low salaries, team lead of dev team lower then senior developer in other companies.
