      1. You will have an opportunity for growth and learn something new 2. Very friendly working atmosphere 3. It is possible to switch your role if company has open positions and you have required skills (i.e. from QA to dev) 4. Tea, coffee, fruits one per week, relax room and Friday parties. 5. Opportunities to join different it conferences as a presentor

      1. Not very clear info about the bonus program 2. Difficult to increase salary (company prefer to do perfomance review and pay bonuse instead of salary review)

      It's a big corporation with lots of competent teammates, good benefits, a good salary above the market average, transparent way to grow both in tech or management stacks. Friendly atmosphere, nice office close to city center, rare overtimes. Friday parties. Useful health insurance. Kicker and ping-pong tables, massage chairs, horizontal bar. Ways to provide your feedback to different levels of managers.

      Cons

      No prepaid lunches. The atmosphere may vary from team to team. Open space. Office located in an industrial quarter near railroads. Sometimes, there is a gap between Corporate Values and real-life.
