Pros
Lots of great developers at IT department, quite a bit worse at BI. Modern technological stack (again, only at IT), you can always learn new stuff from people who really know their field. I'ts the largest and most techically advanced online retailer in Russia, so there's a great overall experience for cv. More or less free for all in terms of time coming to and from work each day. Medical insurance. Good work-life balance (no constant overtimes, unlike some other places). Discount for all the goods in the store. Parties are great for those who like this kinf of thing.
Cons
Salary for junior and mid-level stuff is low. Office is just a bland open space. Management of business side is not always good. Pressure from MDs on departments is high due to their relationship with investors. No nice stuff in the office (snacks etc)
