      1. You will have an opportunity for growth and learn something new 2. Very friendly working atmosphere 3. It is possible to switch your role if company has open positions and you have required skills (i.e. from QA to dev) 4. Tea, coffee, fruits one per week, relax room and Friday parties. 5. Opportunities to join different it conferences as a presentor

      1. Not very clear info about the bonus program 2. Difficult to increase salary (company prefer to do perfomance review and pay bonuse instead of salary review)

      Pros

      I had a really great opportunity to work in this company. I had a great team and professional management. Together we were working on an amazing project and I’m very thankful for this experience.

      Cons

      No cons. If you hair right people and work in a great team nothing couldn’t be better. All problems which I had there I call working process and I’m glad that I went through all of these situations.
