It is a good place to work depending upon the Org.

Cons

HR is not very competent. Takes a lot of time to respond and the process is not at all seamless. My final settlement took about 5 months to complete.

Lacking in earning opportunity in certain roles. Promotion is not something that gets addressed enough which leads to many good employees leaving. A lack of influence in change can lead to broken promises
