Thanks for your work with us and for your feedback. It sounds like you came over from IBM. That team has seen some tough changes since we are in transition to make it strong and profitable again. We are definitely clarifying our direction better in that area as our goal is clearly to succeed quickly. We want this transition over quickly too.

An excellent group of sales achievers, supportive of each other while also being dedicated to client requirements. Very good laptop range. Good growth prospects with inclusion of X86 server and mobile ranges.

Cons

Still focussed on hardware sales, slow to move on market trends eg as a service offerings. Warranty services issues are being addressed but continue to be a potential customer sat issue.
