Good products especially for Notebook PCs. It was well designed and manufactured even with "Made in China". Desktop products are OK.

Cons

Internal IT system was so bad. Notus Notes based E-mail system was more than joke but nightmare.. Core management team was filled with ex-DELL people that added another headache since IT system could not managed DELL style business requirement (quick price change, new configuration etc). Hope these deficiency has been fixed.
