- good salary and bonus package - flexible work location - strong consumer segment growth - strong business momentum

Cons

- The organization is too hierarchal, which drives a lot of negative behavior such as not taking responsibility and office politics and de-motivates junior staff. - The culture is too driven by Chinese senior leadership, the company is still too Chinese to be a top rated workplace for international professionals - A lot of office politics and job advancement is very slow - Still a male oriented senior leadership team

Big, International company. As one of China's star company, never worry about company shut down. Flexible working hour in China.

Cons

workload is too heavy especially in China, people have to do two or more persons' work, but you only receive one person's salary of course. the compensation cannot compared to other similar company in the same industry or in the same country.
