Asian culture genrates difficult challenges locally Poor national leadership Billion dollar company managed like an SMB. No long term vision to developp mature markets so all energy focused on emerging markets. Canada has funded US growth for multiple years. It makes it discouraging to work there in Canada No career opportunities outside of the head office Metric based organization. Leaves no time to developp your business on the field

Reorganizations almost yearly. Culture hype not always supported by actions. Job security an issue for all.
