      Cons

      Bellow market salaries, company has organizational changes to offen, and gives you sensation of unstability. Needs more inside processes to be more eficient.

      Pros

      Young atmosphere. Can be lucky and get placed in a good territory and constantly blow out your number, compensation is fairly competitive. Overall you get good experience working with a brand name company. Summer hour half days, get a good amount of vacation days.

      Cons

      Inside Managers are hit or miss. Territories are the same, there is generally more opportunity for growth/compensation for acquisition--but you don't get to choose. High workload--often have to work nights and weekends to keep up (depending on territory). Incentives are OK, could be better. Are led to believe that advancement will be easy--It is definitely not.
