      The work is very rewarding and there are opportunities to make some money. It's great to never have to worry about the quality of the product you are selling

      Poor reporting (especially when it comes to getting commissions payments)

      Great Experiences, but starting to feel like a large company

      Great experiences, extremely bright people. Clear mission, great momentum. Very rewarding incentive structure for both business and individual performance.

      Cons

      If in a WW role, you will likely have many late night and early morning calls. Just a part of what WW means. Given all the growth of the last few years, it is starting to feel very big. Slower decisions. many levels of management. Growth starting to level off.
