Lot of benefits, extra sick days plus up to two months sick leave 100% supplement towards health insurance support.

Cons

Most of value added positions stayed in other countries, even though they could be done just as well in low cost countries.

Pros

I think Lenovo care employee's future development. It offers employee internal training, which always allow you to touch advanced technology. Also Lenovo has collaboration work environment.

Cons

Working in IT department, you may work at night, even mid night since they have different time-zone business. And salary is not that competitive in IT department, which causes a lot of quit.

Work life balance is great. Excellent opportunity to excel even when teleworking.

Cons

Need to get with the "in-crowd" quickly. Early association with the right sponsors will pay dividends you entire career. But if you're out, you're out.
