      Pros

      Nice new work place with clean buildings and food area on campus.

      Cons

      deadwood IBM and Dell nepotistic management for USA. Will get better as these people retire out of the company. Part of IBM sale to Chinese was to keep now ex IBM employees for specified number of years. This will improve greatly as they are retired out. The Chinese side of the company is excellent.

      Pros

      I met some of the nicest, quirkiest, and more curious people there. They were all ambitious and doing things that they liked. I worked in the HR head quarters, so I got to work closely with a small group of people.

      Cons

      Each department is pretty separate, so I didn't get to interact much with other employees; only through email. It was clear that some departments had more money and flaunted it.
