Great products.Great Customer Service. Exciting new CEO.

Cons

Older people are left behind in promotions. Customer service is NOT included in any Big bonus's and are told NOT to go to events, because it's all about sales.

decisions are not taken based on customer needs but on short term goals (quarterly) no trust in employees at all too much administration with tools that don't work
