A good place to Learn about Chinese culture. Company supports Work life balance. Very popular and well known company in China.

Cons

Bereaucratic and unfair pay for performance within certain function/dept. Employees not treated with respect by some senior management members ie. VP.

Great products.Great Customer Service. Exciting new CEO.

Cons

Older people are left behind in promotions. Customer service is NOT included in any Big bonus's and are told NOT to go to events, because it's all about sales.
