      Pros

      Flexibility - work from home of office is great. Must have an entreprenurial spirit to work at Lenovo. - can paint outside the lines. Open to new ideas... really want to listen to employees and give them leverage to make decisions and execute accordingly.

      Cons

      Must have the frame of mind to paint and work outside the lines. Some employees lack accountability for what they can / cannot do and will deflect such. IBM needs to be a better partner to Lenovo

      Pros

      1st line management support was awesome. P3 bonus structure rewarded regular full-time employees and distibuted to employees twice a year. Some of the perks at Lenovo in Morrisville, NC include an on-site gym, employee cafeteria, coffee bar, juice bar, and flexibility to work remotely.

      Cons

      Lenovo hires a lot of contractors. The contractors they like and would like to keep are converted to Long-Term Supplemental Employees - which means you do not get to particpate in all of the benefits including P3 Bonus payouts.

      Pros

      Great place to start career, interview was relaxed and allowed for free flow of discussion. It was great to have an opportunity as a young professional trying to get into an organization during this economic period.

      Cons

      None noticed so far, since just starting. It was hard to get into the organization once I first graduated, but waiting a few months gave me the experience necessary to get my foot in the door.
