      Pros

      The company really does care about it's employees and their careers. They do a lot to try to foster a good work/life balance. They allow you to work from home when needed, flex time, and encourage you to work when and where you work best. The work load can be overwhelming at times ans somewhat hectic and fast paced, but they like to have fun too. Work is challenging and exciting and I really enjoy my team.

      Cons

      You do have to log long hours at night and on weekends sometimes.
