      Pros

      Wages are above average compared to others around. Plenty of other benefits as well. An average health, dental, and vision, but with relatively low costs. On site gym is a definite perk.

      Cons

      Sometimes is more reactive than proactive. This can lead to losses in market share.

      Pros

      Interesting products and fast pace environment, so it is hard to get bored. Employees are empowered to understand their part of the business and make importnat decisions every day.

      Cons

      Extremely tough industry that is highly sensitive to the overall economic environment. We struggle with setting a clear strategic vision and then implementing an execution plan to realize our goals.

      Pros

      Access to executives, no longer a huge beaurocracy (like former IBM). Great products. New hire salaries are competitive with industry.

      Cons

      Opportunity for growth and lack of variety of jobs. Opportunity for skill development is limited and internal/external training opportunities are not necessarily encouraged/supported. Managers lack experience and proper skills for leading their teams. Many managers are often unaware of the skills their employees bring to their teams and don't tap into the individual's strengths.
