Pros

There are none. The company is becoming more and more Chinese. They treat employees like dogs. If you want to be lied to, manipulated and then have your bonus arbitrarily cut out of the blue with no explanation, then its an ok place to work....NOT.

Cons

Senior leadership is terrible, Its becoming more like a Chinese sweatshop. Work longer and harder for less. Its a terrible place to work from the senior levels on down.

1. Growing momentum is remarkable. 2. Limited number of employees, known to each other. 3. It teaches, survival of fittest in the cut-throat market competition.

Cons

1. Poor Processes, No structured work approach. 2. No employee respect and poor work atmosphere. 3. No work-life balance. 4. HR is only for name. It doesn't really exist.

Cons

Inside Sales Representatives work consist of pure account management but treated as if CSR /Call Center rep. No clear career paths established. Inexperienced management that promotes friends. Clear lack of diversity in sales organization and executive management.
