      Great technology, lots of great people who care. Some that just kiss up.

      Cons

      Fuzzy leadership not willing to get dirty and be involved in real decisions. Way too much churn.

      Pros

      Great working condition in line with most silicon Valley jobs, colleagues all competent and professional, free drinks/coffee. No limit on vacation days!

      Cons

      Long hours, sometimes over weekend, but flexible hours. Most colleagues in Beijing and Raleigh, so we have work three time zones.

      Pros

      Wonderful people all trying to achieve expectations and goals. Willing to pay for hard work and long hours.

      Cons

      Total lack of leadership. Leadership team would at best be team managers and most other companies. Lack of self identity, do not know who they are. All strategy discussion, no execution experience.
